Our food systems initiatives link Center for Agroecology expertise and resources with UC and external partners to cultivate a resilient regional food and farming network that supports hands-on learning, internships, research, and helps small and mid-scale producers find new markets. In addition, we support efforts to ensure that all students have access to fresh, nutritious, culturally-relevant food, including organic produce grown at the UCSC Farm. Through this work, we collaborate with diverse partners to advance a more agroecological and resilient California food system.
